How It Works

Franklin Township Library and LOGIN adult cardholders may check out one item at a time.
Patrons must use their own library card to check out an item, and the cardholder must sign the borrowing agreement.
Items are not transferable and not renewable.
Items are available on a first come, first served basis. We do not hold items or put patrons on a waiting list for items,
The library may limit the number of times cardholders borrow an item due to demand and availability.

Loans & Returns

Items are checked out for two (2) weeks, including the day of checkout.
Franklin Township Library and LOGIN adult cardholders in good standing (less than $5.00 in fees on their account) may check out an item.
Items must be returned to the checkout desk at the Franklin Township Library in the case supplied at checkout. Items returned to another LOGIN consortium library will be considered late. Items cannot be returned to the outside book drop.

Fees

A late fee is charged per day to a maximum amount. Fees vary depending upon the item are are specified on the borrowing agreement.

If an item is lost, patrons will be charged the full cost of a replacement, which varies by item.
